Certification Criteria:

1. Prairie Strips Implementation:

• Implement prairie strips on a specified portion of your land, following our recommended guidelines for design, placement, and maintenance to enhance biodiversity and reduce runoff. Monitoring will be done via satellite data. At Prairie Guardians, it is our mission to help farmers by paying for the prairie strip that you implement through our fundraising efforts. This is on a first come first serve bases and as funds are available.

1. Satellite Data Utilization:

• Use our Farm Guardian satellite data services to monitor crop health, soil moisture, weather conditions, and other key metrics essential for sustainable farming practices. Sign up for the service here as your first step. Be one of the first 200 farmers to sign up for the service and you can qualify to get the subscription paid for you and be one of the first to get Prairie strips paid for.

1. Sustainable Farming Practices:

• Demonstrate adoption of additional sustainable practices such as no-till farming, cover cropping, crop rotation, integrated pest management, and efficient water use. This will be self-reported with periodic verification through satellite data.
