**Run Challenge:**

**Bike Challenge:**
– Accumulate 2 points daily for tracked bike rides; 1 extra point for sharing on social media using our competition hashtag.
**Ruck Challenge:**
– Get 2 points daily for tracked rucking; 1 bonus point for social media sharing with our competition hashtag. Award 2 extra points for rucking events supporting soldiers.
**Gym Challenge:**
– Earn 2 points per tracked gym visit; 1 extra point for sharing workouts on social media with our competition hashtag.
**Eco Challenge:**
– Gain 2 points for eco-friendly actions; earn bonus points by sharing educational content on sustainable living.
**Park Visit:**
– Participants earn 4 points for exploring National and State parks; 1 extra point for sharing experiences on social media with our competition hashtag.
**Hiking Challenge:**
– Earn 2 points for tracked hikes; 1 extra point for sharing on social media using our competition hashtag. Highlight environmentally conscious hiking practices.
**Paddle Sports Challenge:**
– Accumulate 2 points for paddle sports; gain 1 extra point for social media sharing with our competition hashtag. Emphasize water conservation awareness.
**Meditation Challenge
– Earn 2 points for completing the weekly meditation challenge and keeping notes
**Healthy Eating Challenge:**
– Accumulate 2 points for cooking a healthy meal with local foods; gain 1 extra point for social media sharing with our competition hashtag. Shout out the local farm where you got the food.
**Referral Challenge:**
– Participants earn 5 points for successful referrals; offer incentives for top referrers.
Leaderboards for each activity will showcase competitors with the most tracked miles. Clear guidelines and tracking mechanisms will be provided for each activity. Adjustments can be made based on your organization’s mission and values.
**Eligibility Requirements:**
1. **Age:** Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the competition and residents of the United States.
International Participation Clause
Eligibility: Our fitness competition is primarily open to residents of the United States. However, we welcome participants from other countries under the following conditions:Compliance with Local Laws: Participants from countries outside the United States are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the competition complies with the laws and regulations of their respective countries. Prairie Guardians cannot be held responsible for any legal issues arising from international participation.
2. **Registration:** Competitors must complete the official registration process on our website.
3. **Agreement:** By participating, individuals agree to comply with the competition rules and guidelines.
**Legal Requirements:**
1. **Liability Waiver:** All participants must sign a liability waiver, releasing the organization from responsibility for any injuries or accidents during the competition.
2. **Compliance with Laws:** Participants must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws during the activities.
3. **Insurance:** It’s recommended that participants have personal insurance coverage, especially for activities with inherent risks.
4. **Privacy:** The organization will handle participant data with care, adhering to privacy laws and regulations.
5. **Intellectual Property:** Participants grant the organization the right to use their shared content (e.g., photos, social media posts) for promotional purposes.
**Entry Fees:**
– The entry fee for the competition is $50 per participant.
**Prizes:**
1. **First Place:**
– **Prize:** An all-expenses-paid trip to XCaret resort in Mexico.
– **Conditions:** A minimum of 500 entries required. If fewer, the winner will receive a share of the proceeds, up to a maximum of $10,000.
2. **Second Place:**
– **Prize:** An E-Bike.
– **Conditions:** Requires a minimum of 500 entries.
3. **Third Place:**
– **Prize:** A Yeti cooler.
– **Conditions:** No minimum entry requirement specified.
**Additional Prizes:**
– Other challenges, such as virtual races, will be announced during the competition with unique prizes for the winners and additional points awarded.
**Entry Period:**
– Sign up starts on June 6, 2024, and continues until either 4000 entries are reached
**Competition Period:**
– The competition begins as soon as you sign up and continues throughout the year.
**Prize Distribution:**
– All prizes will be awarded within one week of the competition ending.
